Our Return Policy:

Most custom fabric sellers do not accept returns once it has been cut to size or specially ordered but:
We offer a 10 day money back guarantee, just return your fabric back to us in the SAME CONDITION as received and you will receive a full refund( minus shipping charges which are not refundable). We MUST return the fabric back to us within 10 days of your receiving it to qualify for a full refund. This keeps the chances of damaging the fabric to a minimum. We sometimes accept returns after 10 days on a case by case basis, but if we accept the return after 10 days we will require a 20% restocking fee to cover our expenses and time.
